This is a good place to mention the most frequently asked question…why is the website always sold out? Olive me is a small, handmade shop, not a factory. The website is stocked every 4-8 weeks and there are such amazing supportive customers that the releases generally sell out right away. So during the in between time, everything shows as sold out until the next drop. I totally get how frustrating that can be to go check out a shop only to see that there is nothing to buy when you want to. The perks of choosing handmade is you get a very special piece that is made with love and directly supports the family behind the brand xo.

Here is some info on the Monthly Releases:

When you add an item to your shopping cart, the cart does not hold items so it is essential to be quick. When you get to the payment details page, you will either be able to complete the checkout process or there will be a message that the item is no longer available…this is due to the high traffic volume and many people ordering at the same time. Some people find it easier to order one item at a time, while others check out with a number of items at once.

 

IF YOU HAVE AN ITEM DISAPPEAR FROM YOUR CART, PLEASE, THIS GETS ASKED OFTEN, READ THE ABOVE PARAGRAPH THAT EXPLAINS WHY THIS HAPPENS.

For those who do multiple purchases, and would like their orders to ship together, these are the shipping rates: combined Canadian orders under $75 can be shipped for $6 lettermail (unless you choose upgraded shipping at checkout) and orders over $75 are shipped tracked and insured expedited parcel for a flat rate of $18. I am happy to combine orders with friends too, just email me afterwards with details of your orders.

Note: there is no tracking or insurance with lettermail. If a lettermail order is lost/stolen/missing, there are no refunds or replacements.
